Groundbreaking Ceremony of Swosti Premium Beach Resorts at Puri held on 10th January 2022

Stepping up with hospitality footprint, Swosti Group of Hotels, Resorts, Travels, and Education marked another milestone on 10th January 2021 as Shri Naveen Patnaik, Hon’ble Chief Minister, Odisha laid the foundation stone of the first 5-Star luxury property named “Swosti Premium Beach Resorts” in Puri, Odisha.

The most ambitious project of Swosti Group is scheduled to open in 2024 with 125 luxury rooms, special gaming zone for both children and adults in the food court, while people will also have the option to experience a state-of-the-art wellness spa and gym facilities besides, an infinity swimming pool. It will have mega-conference and wedding facilities with large open-air landscaped lawns at different heights of the building.

Since the groundbreaking ceremony was conducted on virtual mode, a limited number of media persons, distinguished guests, and employees of Swosti Group were present at the event.

By following the local Government’s Covid guidelines, we took all precautionary measures and protocols accordingly, such as proper sanitization of the entire event space, thermal screening of each permitted person, mandatory wearing of a mask, and maintaining social distancing.

Among others, Minister Industries & MSME, Home and Energy Dibya Sankar Mishra, Chief Secretary, Suresh Chandra Mahapatra, Development Commissioner P.K. Jena, Secretary to CM (5-T) VK Pandian, and senior officials were present during the occasion on Virtual mode.
