From the beginning, Hotel Swosti Premium has been known for its uniqueness, sharing and tasting delicious cuisine with its guests. For the purpose of connecting our existing guests as well as new guests, we organize food festivals with different traditions and themes each year that offer non-stop feasting, indulging, and savouring of delicious cuisines.
Unveiling secrets of the Mughals:
This June, Swosti Premium has organized the Dawat-E-Mughalnama (Mughlai Food Festival) to bring back the glorious era of authentic royal cuisine and to provide a unique dining experience to all our patrons. The Festival has already begun on the 3rd and is running until the 12th (buffet dinner from 7:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m.) at the new multi-cuisine “The Gourmet Restaurant“.
Note: Due to the huge public demand, the food festival has now been extended to 19th June 2022
In order to feel like the Mughals, The Gourmet entrance and restaurant interior was decorated with Mughal themes. Staff dressed in Mughal attire and guests displayed their pride, dressed in Mughal apparel & holding swords, posing for photographs.
Mughlai Cuisine is renowned for its variety of flavors due to the extensive use of spices like saffron, cardamom, black pepper, dry fruits, and nuts, as well as rich cream, milk, and butter in the preparation of curry bases.
Every Day the menu and taste will change.
During this food festival, each day is celebrated with unique cuisine from starter to main course and desserts. There is a spread of rich, flavourful, and aromatic vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies to choose from.
Our Executive Chef along with Master Chef has come with a list of a wide variety of dishes. To start things off like welcome drinks, starters (Veg & Non-Veg), Shorba, Main Course (Veg & Non-Veg), Salad Station, curd & chat, Roti & Paratha, Dal, Biriyani & Rice, Desserts, and many more.
Shahi Badamwali Sarbat, Gulab – E – Mohabbat, Keswariya Malai Sarbat, Shahi Roobabz, Pan – O – Sarbat, Wadi Amm Panna, Bael – O- Ke- Sarbat, Zamzam – E – Ananras
Non-Veg dishes are Tangdi Mumtaz, Mughal – E– Borra Ghost, Afghani Mahi Tikka, Murgh Tikka Sahazani, Jahangiri Banjar Ghost, Hussain – E – Sheekh Kabab, etc. For Vegetarian, Nazakate – E – Aloo, Peswari Paneer, Lucknow – E – Shikampuri Tikki, Subz Lacheela Kabab, Paneer Dil Bahar, etc.
Shaha e Jahan Chaman Shorba, Makhmali Yakni Shorba, Peswari Dal Shroba, Murgh Afghani Shorba, Rahamani Imli Marich Shroba, Aurangzeb – Murgh Dhania Shorba, etc.
