Sizzlers Festival at Swosti Premium, Bhubaneswar

The return of the delectable! Sizzlers Fest is back in a bigger and better avatar! The most sought-after food festival i.e. Sizzlers’ festival started on the 9th of September and will continue till the 18th of Sept. 2022. Known for giving a unique taste to its patrons, Swosti Group regularly organizes food festivals at one & two-month intervals throughout the year at its hotels and resorts situated across Odisha.

This festival offers guests a culinary ride of sizzling proportion and a menu that is as fresh & sizzling. An array of global and local cuisines, such as Warm Couscous Salad, Sizzled Chermoula Cottage Cheese, Veg. Ball Saidy Sizzler, Kham Khatai, Sizzled Desi Mangsa, Pan Grilled Butter Pepper Pomfret, Sizzling Silk sizzled Rosgulla, and many more.

Sharing his thoughts, Mr. Rajesh Kumar, General Manager, Swosti Premium, said, “A big part of what we do at Swosti Premium is to create unique dining experiences for our guests. This Sizzlers Festival is one of the many food festivals we have planned. Here, instead of serving the normal items, you get dishes, especially sizzling & Steaming, an array of global and local cuisines à la carte for lunch and dinner with nominal prices that can be affordable for any category of guests”.

Sharing his thoughts, Mr. Prasanta Shee, Executive Chef, Swosti Premium, said, “A sizzler festival might be the most common food festival, but Swosti Premium is unique because we have invited special chefs to prepare sizzlers. The guests can enjoy the sizzling kebabs and the smoky biryani on hot Tawa. Everyone knows handi biryani, and plane platter biryani, but the smoky biryani on hot Tawa is unique. We also have experienced plane & baked rosgulla, but sizzling rasgulla on Tawa comes with a smoky flavor that is not available at any sizzlers festival.”
