Swing by “The Gourmet”, Hotel Swosti Premium, Bhubaneswar successfully organized “Rajasthani Food Festival” at the newly-launched restaurant “The Gourmet”.
Rajasthani Food Festival:
The Rajasthani Food Festival was started from October 18 to 30, with special menus featuring special Rajasthani cuisines available to the guests. Exciting delicacies like Daal Baati Churma, Laal Maans, Gatte ki sabzi, and more. Guests came and relished our dinner buffet with mouth-watering flavours and the essence of the west.
Rajasthani Delicacies:
In this food festival, our chefs have come up with a Rajasthani theme and cuisine. Ready to serve all the esteemed guests with some rich and authentic Rajasthani delicacies. The buffet had 4 sections. Start with Rajasthani veg starters like Pyaaz Kachori, Jodhpuri Mirch Vada, Putli Samosa, Achari Paneer Tikka, Dahi Ke Kebab and Stuffed Papad Roll. Secondly, in Rajasthani Non-veg Starters there were Jungli Murgh Tikka, Murgh Tikka Kali Mirch, and Mutton Seekh Kebab.
In the main course, the Laal Maans gave the pure enrich flavor of Rajasthan also the taste of Safed Maans was so delicious. Both would go perfectly with Steamed rice. The Veg section had a lot of options like Daal Bati Churma, Rajasthani Gatta Curry and many more.
Last but not least, the Desserts section gave the real feelings & taste of Rajasthan. Some of our favorites – Ghevar, Balushahi, Rabdi, Kesar Malai, and Imarti.
