Over past few months we have been working hard behind the scenes to implement a range of measures which are now in place, aimed at reducing the risk of spread of COVID-19.
At Swosti Chilika Resort, the health and safety of our employees and guests is our priority. To ensure every aspect of your Resort Stay memorable, we have followed below guidelines as our primary procedures.
- Temperature check of all guests at the entry point. Any guest with a temperature above 99.1℉ will be refused admission and may be refused admission and will be advised to report to the closest medical facility.
- Disinfectant spray in checked luggage.
- Face masks and gloves to be available on request for the guests.
- Regular Sanitization of common areas like (reception, elevator, lounge) every 6 hours with Phenolic disinfectant.
- Where the use of bleach is not suitable (metallic surfaces like door handles, security locks, keys, etc) solutions with at least 70% alcohol used to wipe down such surfaces.
- Social distancing to be observed at all times: entrance, reception area, lobby, elevators, etc.
- House-keeping & service staff to wear masks (3-ply or N95) and gloves (single-use) at all times.
- Temperature checks twice a day and mandatory leave for any employee having temperature above 99.1℉.
Last but not least, we ensure many effective measures like regular awareness to our staff to protect themselves and others from the spread of COVID-19.
